“When I met Matt I had two major issues. The first was the most urgent. I had severe neck pain on the right side of my neck. He gave me some tips to do daily and within a week the pain was completely gone. The second was more of a long-term issue I have had with mobility in my left hip. On a daily basis, there was no lingering pain, but whenever I would do sprints or intense running, which I do frequently, the pain would flare up. Matt prescribed some movements to help me increase the mobility in that hip to equal that of my right side. It has helped drastically. I have noticed significant improvement in not just the mobility and strength of that hip and leg, but also a reduction in pain after runs, if any pain at all. All in all, I love working with Matt. Mostly because he gets right to it and doesn’t try to drag out the process of recovery.”
